Electricity
MAHARASHTRA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD has provided 400 KV sub-station at Kalwa and 3 sub-stations in Industrial Area having capacity of 220/22 KV at Mahape, 100 KV at NOCIL and 220/22 KV at Nerul. MSEB supplies uninterrupted electric supply for industrial zone.
Water
MIDC is supplying WHO standard treated water to industries in T.T.C. Industrial Area as per their demand. The main source of water supply is from Barvi Dam, which is 30 kms. away from Kalyan. There are 2 GSRs having capacity of 22,500 m3, provided by MIDC located at Shil in T.T.C. Industrial Area. Current requirement of Industrial Area is 100 MLD. For proper and uninterrupted water supply MIDC has provided network of water supply lines having diameter from 80 mm. to 1772 mm. The total length of water supply lines is 120 kms.
Roads
For smooth and efficient transportation MIDC has provided about 136 kms. of roads in T.T.C. Industrial Area. All the roads have asphalt surface and are designed for light and heavy traffic. At many places wherever required UCR and RCC roadside gutters are provided for disposal of storm water during rainy season. The major road known as Thane Belapur Road is a widened upto 6 lane having 36 kms. length.
Connectivity
For easy and fast Telecommunication the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. has provided 2 Telephone Exchanges, one at Rabale and another at Turbhe. Both the exchanges are having all modern facilities including Internet services. The capacity of Rabale Telephone Exchange is 18,000 Nos. and Turbhe Telephone Exchange is 40,000 Nos. For Millennium Business Park , MIDC has provided a separate Telephone Exchange having capacity 10 Mbps. connectivity for fast and uninterrupted communication.
Residential Facilities
CIDCO has developed a residential zone just on the frontage of T.T.C. Industrial Area in Navi Mumbai. Ample residential facility to suit different income groups is readily available.
Support Facilities
Common Effluent Disposal Facility
Considering the requirement of chemical industry and other industries having industrial effluent, MIDC has provided common effluent collection and disposal system throughout the Industrial Area to collect industrial effluent from various industries at one place. Further for treatment of all type of industrial waste, MIDC has promoted 12 MLD. capacity common effluent treatment plant at Pawane in T.T.C. Industrial Area. The same is in operation since 1995.
Hospitals
There are two major hospitals and one E.S.I.S hospital located in T.T.C. Industrial Area and many major Hospitals are located adjoining the Industrial Area in Navi Mumbai.
Post Office
MIDC has allotted, a constructed building for Ghansoli Post Office at Rabale.
Fire Station
MIDC has developed well-equipped fire station including fire tender and residential colony, which is located at Khairane in T.T.C. Industrial Area. Mutual Aid and response groups (MARG) are formed by major Industries in T.T.C. Industrial Area to help each other during accidents/ emergency and disasters.
Common Facility Centre
To provide facilities like post office, electricity office and community center to small-scale industries, MIDC has constructed 3 Nos. of common facility center (CFC) buildings at Rabale, Pawane and Turbhe.
Bank
There are two Banks existing in T.T.C. Industrial Area one is State Bank of India located at Rabale and another is United Commercial Bank located at Mhape
Truck Terminus And Bus Stop
IDC has reserved two plots for Truck and Tempo Terminus, one is located at Rabale and another is located at Shirwane in T.T.C. Industrial Area.
