International Infotech Park (IIP) :
Introduction :
The International Infotech Park is the most wonderful and famous landmark of Navi Mumbai. This magnificent White Structure with an architecture worth admiring houses companies related to information technology, electronics and telecommunication industry. The IIP is a joint venture between the Department of Electronics (India) and CIDCO.
Location :
This State-of-the-art building is located in the Vashi Station Complex straight at the entrance of the Vashi Node.
Accessibility :
The IIP is accessible directly by the Central Railway System and the Mumbai-Pune Highway by a wide, well designed road. Also nearby is the Bus Terminal of BEST Buses which carry thousands of commuters everyday.

Spread over an area of 6 lakh square feet, the IIP has been awarded with ISO9002 certification for excellent quality standards. The most intelligent part of the building is the Computerized Integrated Building Management System controlled centrally. Elevators for lifting people and goods have large capacity and high speed. The IIP has been provided with continuous water supply. Power supply to the building is abundant and undisrupted because of an independent sub - station in the Complex. Also provided are the Diesel Generator Sets which act as standby power source.

To take care of all government formalities a single window clearance has been provided in the IIP.
