- Sales Tax @ 2% only shall be levied on Computer Hardware Products.
- The IT Hardware Park at Dronagiri has been awarded with all those additional incentives which are offered to industrially backward areas.

The Railway Station Complexes at Vashi, Belapur and Nerul are good business grounds for setting up shops and restaurants. The Complexes are supplied with water and power all 24 hours. These premises are offered on lease by CIDCO.
