International IT Hardware Park (ITHP) :
The International IT Hardware Park is another Intelligent Building built by CIDCO. The Park shall house Hardware Information Technology Companies.
Location :
The International Standard Building is located at Dronagiri, close to the state-of-the-art Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPT).
Accessibility :
The ITHP is easily accessible by sea to other parts of the world via the JNPT. There is also Hovercraft service available between JNPT and South Mumbai. Also the Park is conveniently located to the planned domestic airport at CBD and the existing Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport and Chatrapati Shivaji National Airport in Mumbai. The ITHP is well connected by road to various parts of Maharashtra and states of India. Rail Service also routes through Dronagiri making the Park accessible by rail too.
Facilities :
Abundant Facilities of Power, Water and Communications is available in the Park. MSEB has set up a 240 MW capacity gas power plant within the Park to assure continuous power supply to the Park. Advance Data/voice communication facilities are available within the Park from leading Communication Companies like the Maharashtra Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), the Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL), the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) and the Huges Ispat.
