Technology Centre is a state of the art Commercial Building covering a total area of 1 million square feet. Built to International Standards the Building has been built to house Corporates in the IT Sector.

This Technology Park is located in the Central Business District of Navi Mumbai-Belapur right on top of the Belapur Railway Centre.
Accessibility :
The Park is easily accessible by all modes of transport. It is connected by road to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Panvel areas. The Harbor Railway Line connects it to Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus. Hovercraft Service is available in the city connecting it to South Mumbai within a shortime of 30 minutes. A provision of helipad and helicopter services is also available in the Belapur Station Complex.

The Technology Centre has been provided with 24 hour water and electric supply. Also most modern data communication facilities are also available in the Building. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the premises of the Technology Centre.
